You Mechanics out there
HELP ...Got a good friend that has a TJ and runs great and in the heat of the day while crawlin heats up(only in the heat of day)Got new radiator,waterpump,new fan clutch,thermostat,done a comprssion check and ok,no water in oil or vise versa.runs great when it heats up hard to start wants to throw codes runs rough,clear codes and its fine,codes thrown are misfires in three and four cylinders,could there be a computor problem?

What year? 99-00 have issues with the heads cracking. Search 0331 cylinder head. While you may not be getting coolant in the oil or vice-versa if the system becomes unpressurized it will overheat.
